The Honorable Judge Ingman declared Rick and I the parents of Kyra Diako Pulaski! Kyra's mother, Camille, took the stand and recommended us as adoptive parents.
Camille is an intelligent and kind person. We are honored that she chose usto adopt her beautiful daughter.
We spent a long time in court as paperwork was completed and then we celebrated with Camille, her family and friends, and our lawyer and his wonderful wife at a Chinese restaurant.
We begin the paperwork for Kyra's Visa tomorrow and it will take about two weeks to process. Then we will fly home. We will keep you updated on our adventures here! Thank you for all your prayers! God is good!
